Galenio Insurance is an information catalogue. It does not provide personalised recommendations, arrange or modify insurance, or transfer visitor data to insurers.

Scope of the service

The catalogue publishes general information about insurance types and a non-personalised overview of selected products available on the Czech market. Entries are compiled from insurers’ public sources and are ordered alphabetically by default. Filters only display objective product categories; they do not assess an individual’s needs.

No insurance mediation

Galenio does not act as an insurance intermediary within this service. It does not label a product as the best or suitable for a particular visitor, create scores, prefill insurer forms, track subsequent purchases or accept remuneration dependent on concluding an insurance contract. External links lead to insurers’ public information pages or documents.

Completeness and currency

The catalogue does not cover the entire market. Inclusion is not a recommendation and omission is not a negative assessment. Insurers may change information at any time. The current information, IPID, policy terms, exclusions and price supplied directly by the insurer are decisive.

Privacy

The service requires no login and uses no analytics or marketing cookies. When a contractual partnership is active, users may explicitly consent to sending contact details and selected product IDs; the form does not request health data. Ordinary external links transfer no form data or proprietary tracking parameters.

Legal framework

The concept is based primarily on Section 3(1)(a) and (c) of Czech Act No. 170/2018 Coll. A qualified Czech lawyer must make the final assessment of any specific operating and monetisation model; this text is not a legal opinion.
